About this apartment rental
T3 new 60m square for 4 people maximum, furnished 4 * tourism,
Located in the ramparts of the historical zone of Sartène in full town center, view on the gulf of Propriano, near all the trade.
EQUIPMENT :
Special care is given to the interior fittings:
- living room / sofa, flat screen TV, Wifi, Hifi, DVD player.
- equipped kitchen oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table and 4 chairs, various utensils.
- 2 large rooms with 140 beds, bedside tables, linen (pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, bath towels provided and changed weekly for stays longer than 1 week.
Beds prepared on arrival).
-Bathroom with shower and toilet and towel dryer and hairdryer.
Various facilities: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Airport of Figari at 45mn.
Shipping companies at 15mn.

BOOKING TERMS:
Rental from Saturday to Saturday
Payment of 50% deposit upon booking
Balance 1 month before arrival date
Deposit 700 € to pay on arrival and 60 € obligatory for cleaning at the end of stay.
Rental for 4 people maximum.

I just spent a wonderful 5 days in Sartene at this lovely flat!!
I can't say enough how beautiful this flat is. The furnishing and amenities provided are top notch. Everything is modern and new and well kept.
It is also located in a great location in town so you are right near the main square In town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
The owners take very good care of you. I'm so appreciative of Francois Joseph's list of suggested sights, beaches and restaurants - it was most helpful and very practical locations to get to.
A few tips:
1. you will definitely need to rent a car if you want to explore the region as there are limited bus routes and taxis.
2. Some beached get very busy and there is limited parking do arrive early if you are going to some of the more popular beaches.
3. Flashlight is needed for some of the streets in Sartene as the street lights are automated and only turn on when you walk past a sensor.
