About this villa rental
Come and enjoy your stay in a spacious home on the side of the hill, in the forest, close to beautiful Provence. Located close to the listed medieval village of Mirmande between Valence and Montelimar, in the middle of the orchards and the hills, you’ll discover the local businesses, the restaurants, the art and pottery shops. This is a cosy home with an indoor heated pool. This welcoming place is situated 10 minutes from the A7 motorway.
Its 235 square meters can accommodate up to 8 people.
Organization: A big living room(100m2), a fully equipped kitchen , 3 bedrooms with 3 on-suite bathrooms and 4 restrooms
Bedroom 1: a double bed (200x160), its on-suite bathroom and a direct access to the pool
Bedroom 2: a double bed (190x140) and 2 bunk beds (190x90), an on-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: twin beds (190x90), an on-suite bathroom
Multimedia: TV, internet access
If needed for baby: a bed, a changing table, a high chair, a baby bath.
Hobbies: indoor swimming pool with stationary swimming system ), pool table, ping pong table, board games (cards….), French and English books

Hiking, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, « la vallée de l’Eyrieux », some castles (GRIGNAN, SUZE-LA-ROUSSE), SAOU forest, AIGUEBELLE ABBEY with its syrups and liqueurs, a bird zoo at UPIE, the crocodile farm at PIERRELATE, the old train of VIVARAIS, and a lot more at less than 40 kilometres away.
