About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Plagne Villages at an altitude of 2050 meters in order to benefit from the best snow conditions. It is 200m from all amenities (mini-market, sports shop, restaurants, ESF, tourist office). The start of the slopes is less than 100 meters away, the return is on skis.
It has a surface area of 49m2 consisting of 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The residence is classified **** and has a large reception area with fireplace, billiards, books, board games. A heated indoor swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna allow you to relax after a day of sport.
The apartment is located in a quiet area at the end of the passageway, it has a large balcony with a magnificent view. Free parking is available outside, for an additional fee you can park your vehicle in the shelter of the basement.
Linen is not included in the price but may be offered at an additional cost.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by you, but this service can be offered at an additional cost.
In high season, rental from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 7 nights. Modification of the rules possible under conditions by contacting the host.
In low season, possibility of mini stays for 4 nights.

Great views of ski lifts and mountains. Ski in and out and lovely pool with a view. We will definitely return next year

The Property Manager, Fernando, was very helpful during the booking process! We were greeted at the apartment by Isabelle, who was very helpful in providing us with all the information in relation to the apartment, swimming pool, sauna etc (thanks Isabelle).
We were a group of 5 adults and found the apartment spacious enough for us, in a quiet position, clean and comfortable seating. It has lovely views from the balcony - there’s a perfect sunspot by the front door. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we made use of the double bed in the front room. Good size bathroom and shower room. The kitchen is well equipment.
To access the slopes, which you can see from the end of the balcony, you’ll need to walk through the car park and across the road to the side of the little bridge – it’s only a short distance. You can ski back to the ski locker room at the rear of the building, a little narrow for a complete beginner but if you can snow plough, then you will be fine! An information pack/folder on local information (shops etc) would have been helpful but you can find a lot of information on the internet.
Would we recommend this apartment – YES. Would we consider using it again – YES.

The property was good condition but one toilet only was inconvenient.
