Just a few minutes from Poitiers, the Futuroscope, and the Vallée des Singes wildlife park, the property perfectly combines disconnection with accessibility.

• A loft-style upstairs bedroom (⚠️ reduced ceiling height), ideal for children or teenagers, featuring:

2 bathrooms on the ground floor (shower and bathtub)
1 bathroom upstairs

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.
