About this house rental
The Domaine de Monplaisir is pleased to welcome you. Located at the gates of Montauban on the banks of the Canal des Deux Mers, in the small town of Montech, 30 minutes from Toulouse, come and discover in a green setting this magnificent duplex of 40 m2 refurbished on the theme of industrial / chic, with its terrace overlooking a swimming pool of 10m x 5m with its deckchairs, buoy and mattress. View of the property of 2.5 ha with its horses.
The duplex consists on the first floor: a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, a living room with kitchenette equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso, a kettle, as well as an induction hob with all its utensils, a fridge, a dining table and a comfortable BZ.
Upstairs a sleeping area with 140 X 190 quality bedding for 2 people, a lounge area with TV as well as a dresser and wardrobe for storing clothes.
It is possible to cook occasionally but this is not the concept of the accommodation.
I can offer you breakfasts and share evening meals (local cuisine with vegetables from the vegetable garden) to see together. I would also be happy to show you the good gastronomic addresses in the region.
Access to the swimming pool and garden, the barbecue of the house is also available, bike rental, board games available.
The proximity of the Canal des 2 Mers and the forest of Agre allows you to take superb walks.
You can visit the medieval villages in the area, the gorges of the Aveyron and so many other sites to discover. An aquatic base with wakeboard, inflatable games, paddle etc. is located near the estate.
I also offer a horseback riding stop for horseback travelers, paddocks are available to accommodate your fellow riders.

L'hébergement de Christine, tout neuf et joliment décoré est très propre, confortable et bien équipé. A quelques pas, la piscine avec coucher de soleil sur la prairie et les chevaux.
De passage entre la côte d'Azur et la Gironde, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christine.
