La situation géographique et le calme, et le côté mignon de l’appartement.
Le manque de soin de certains éléments, scotch aux fenêtres, moustiquaire cassée et salle, bouilloire très sale et manque de couverts . Il manque 1 ou 2 patères ou accrocher les vêtements.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé: machine à café avec capsules et frigo bar Climatisation fonctionnelle et très agréable
Le descriptif d’accès à l’appartement portait à confusion. La boîte à clés n’est pas à gauche de la porte de l’appartement mais sous l’escalier Sur le même étage il y a 1 autre appartement qui lui a sa boîte à clés à gauche de la porte. Il serait judicieux qu’il soit mentionné dans le descriptif d’entrée de l’appartement que l’appartement est le n°16.

Pas de réseau, pas d’Internet du coup pas de tv, les plaques induction ne fonctionnent pas + problème d’eau (vanne coupé mais réglé + dégâts des eaux avec voisin du dessous)
