-Everything you need is at your fingertips: bakery, mini-market, restaurants, ice cream parlour, pharmacy and yacht club 100 meters away.
-The picturesque town centre of Le Pradet, with its market and pedestrian streets, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

-The apartment, completely renovated in 2021, is bathed in light thanks to two large south-west facing patio doors.
-It offers all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, awning on the balcony, equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rail.

-Located on the 2nd and last floor of a quiet and flowery residence, tranquility guaranteed! A private parking lot and a secure bicycle room are at your disposal.
