ideally located 200m from the sandy beach, very quiet, zen terrace of 36 m2 surrounded by greenery (bougainvillea, bamboo, lemon, banana, roses ...) you will enjoy this terrace with southern scents (lounge chairs, barbecue) .
Any comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, towel dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, flat screen TV ...) careful decoration.

A reserved parking space for your vehicle in front of the house.
The house is accessible by a few stairs leading to the patio patio. It consists of an American kitchen, a living room with pull-out sofa bed, WC and shower room on the ground floor. The bedroom and the office on the mezzanine on the 1st floor.
Completely renovated near the sea 5 mins walk.
Possibility of stroll - boat trip for an exceptional visit of the coves and the bay. Walking, swimming and fishing formula.

Location très sympa. Extérieur très agréable. A 5 min de la plage à pieds, parfait pour des vacances détente. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute des besoins.

Schönes, aussergewöhnliches kleines Haus, sehr nette u. hilfsbereite Vermieter, gut ausgestattet !! Strand u. Umgebung gibt es schönere Orte a. d. Cote d'azur !!
