About this house rental
Saint-Mamet, a village adjoining Bagnères de Luchon, we offer for rent our second home, of great comfort and located in a quiet area.
It is a recent house, with garden, terrace, facing south, bathed in sunshine with its 3 large bay windows opening onto the terrace, summer kitchen.
Rental with beds made on arrival - towels and dish towels provided
Enclosed garden 460 m² - bicycle room -
The house includes a modern kitchen with its integrated Siemens equipment overlooking the dining room and a living room with 2 leather sofas, android TV, Netflix, Canal plus, coffee table.
3 bedrooms (suites), one of which is on the first floor.
Each has its own queen size bed (160x200), dressing room and bathroom (walk-in shower).
On the first floor:
Entrance with cupboard
1 kitchen open to living room and dining room
1 master suite (bedroom bed 160 + dressing room + shower room + toilet)
1 pantry with Bosch combination fridge (fridge with freezer in the lower part), shelves, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron)
Terrace with covered area, summer kitchen, barbecue
Floor
Games room including TV, table football, desk
WC
2 bedrooms each with 160 cm bed, shower room, dressing room
The house is very comfortable, contemporary, wood frame.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room and electric heating will bring you warmth and well-being. 200 kWh is included in the price

It's a very cozy house.
Classified 4 ears of corn in the Gîtes de France and 4 stars in Furnished Tourism
On-site parking can accommodate 3 - 4 cars. Lockable shelter for bicycles and skis available

The house was very nice, spacious and modern. The views from the house were great. It is located in a good area. Highly recommended.
