The apartment is located in a former hotel converted into apartments in 2021, located opposite the Thermal Baths and the new Bagnères-de-Luchon wellness area open all year round as well as 300m from the gondola that leads to the slopes of Superbagnères in 8 minutes. This T3+ of 57m2 is located on the 4th and last floor with elevator. We first enter a vestibule that opens onto the living room dining kitchen, very bright, the open kitchen, fully equipped oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, includes all the crockery and utensils essential for a short or medium or long stay. Plenty of storage.

The apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
A bathroom with a large shower, a double sink and W.C. The first bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed at an additional cost. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 people. Electric heating is autonomous.
