About this house rental
10 minutes from Biarritz and the beaches, villa of 150m2 on the golf course in a quiet area not overlooked with a large heated swimming pool from April to October, private protected by an electric shutter.
On the first floor an open fitted kitchen, a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room, a bedroom with shower room, a gym (treadmill, bike, dumbbells, trx...), WC.
Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with shower room and balconies, WC, an air-conditioned master suite with bathroom (bath) and a balcony.
Outside, pool house with plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs plus sheltered terrace with garden furniture.
The location is ideal for cycling :p country romenades on the banks of the Nive with the possibility of reaching the beaches of Anglet by cycle path.
For your children, we have a large trampoline secured by a net, a stroller, a high chair, a bed, a playpen and a cozy.
Linen is provided as well as beach towels.
Cleaning fees are additional and amount to 150 euros per stay and are to be paid on site on arrival.

Lovely quiet villa. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. We received quick response from Clary our friendly host every time we contacted her.Shame that the weather wasn't good, we didn't get a chance to have dip in the pool.

The house is extremely well located, very clean and with all what we needed.
Each room has its own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and the swimming pool area is great for gathering.
