- a charming balcony with an unobstructed view of the Cours Estienne d'Orves and the Old Port,
- an elegant and luminous living room, without opposite,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
You can park in the Cours Estienne d'Orves and Charles de Gaulle INDIGO car parks, at your own expense.
→ No noise pollution is permitted between 10 pm and 8 am.

this is an incredible property in the heart of Marseille - SUPER close to EVERYTHING! Stylish, clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The only negatives were: very low water pressure, no dishwasher pods or coffee provided and only one key. The 5 tall flights of stairs were great exercise and only burdensome for arrival/unloading luggage (but the manager helped make that easier!) and when we wanted time on our own and my husband had to come down them to let me in because we only had one key. A 2nd key is much more important because of those stairs (especially if we had stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space for that). But the pros FAR outweighed the cons and we had a WONDERFUL stay. We would stay here again for sure.

Large sunny living areas overlooking a wonderful square. Bedrooms are in the back where they are appropriately quiet. Furnished in Haut IKEA, which is perfect for a rental. Note that it is four flights up, but we (in our 70s) found it no issue. Recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseille. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville.
La pièce de vie est très agréable car elle est très lumineuse, sans vis-à-vis et possède une décoration soignée.
En revanche, nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour joindre la personne nommée par le gérant immobilier qui devait nous indiquait la procédure de remise de clés et nous avons bien cru ne jamais pouvoir récupérer les clés!
