About this apartment rental
A comfortable apartment with Terrace located between Port and Garibaldi Square, at two steps to the Place du Pin, a very lively area but the apartment is always quiet as it is on the courtyard side.

Welcome to our Apartment in the Harbor area,
Located on the second floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located on the Harbor area, less than 5 minutes away from Port Lympia’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 400m away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Location and furnishings are both great but lack of air con was an issue. Everywhere was so hot there was no respite and made even geting ready a chore and we started the day or evening feeling already hot and sticky.. Other than that can't fault the apartment but lack of air con would mean i would not gonsider it for the future.

Eventually entered the nice Nice apartment. Generally good - very roomy, well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, though they could have been a bit cleaner.
Beds were comfortable, and the shower was very good. We did purchase a non-slip mat for the shower as it was quite slippery.
Good location, close to restaurants and stores, walking distance to the Old Port.
We would stay again, next time in warmer weather!

The apartment is located close to the port and public transportation. Convenient to most of Nice, especially the Promenade des Anglais, beach and many restaurants and clubs. The one drawback is the terrace is located on the quiet courtyard, but both bedrooms are located street side. Due to the hot weather, we had to keep all the windows open at all times. Very noisy street! Luckily, we were so tired from all our daily activities, we able to sleep through all the noise. Very comfortable apartment and the host was very responsive!
