In a charming typical village of the Perch, surrounded by forests in the regional park.
Our house "Une escapade dans le Perche" welcomes you with family or friends for stays in the heart of nature only 1h30 from Paris.
In summer you can enjoy its heated swimming pool, its enclosed garden of 900 m2 with swing, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
In winter, its spacious interior volumes and its Regense stove will ensure you a perfect setting to relax and enjoy wonderful moments.
It also has wifi internet access + wifi repeater ideal for teleworking, far from the stress and noise of the city.
A dream place to discover the authentic countryside, its manors and castles, its gastronomy, to practice walks and hikes as well as angling.
Able to accommodate 6 to 8 people, it consists of:
- On the first floor, 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 / large fully equipped kitchen with American frio, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso and Tassimo pod coffee machines / large living room with stove and 2 sofa beds / 1 bathroom / separate toilet.
- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds 140x190 / Large mezzanine with corner sofa + 2 single beds 90x190 / a real table football / a game area, gaming (Nintendo NES) / 1 bathroom with toilet.
- Outside, enclosed and wooded grounds of 900 m2 / heated swimming pool (from May to September) depth 1m50 / terrace / covered courtyard in case of rain / garden furniture / sunbathing / barbecue / swing / outdoor games.
Bed linen and towels are provided, the house is non-smoking indoors, baby equipment is available (bed, travel cot, baby chair, deckchair)
You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (butcher, bakery, supermarket, market, tobacconist, restaurants, florist).

A lovely relaxing holiday with numerous day trips into Paris to watch Olympic events. The pool was a great way to cool off each day.

We had a very nice week in Chapelle-Guillaume - children and parents (six people in total) really enjoyed the nice pool and the generously equipped house and garden. Would book again!

The house is great with lots of space, big kitchen and livingroom. Nice play areas for the kids. Everything is clean and up to date. Outside is the very beautifull garden with private pool and terras. The location is very quiet, but the small town not so much to do. Supermarket by car is approx 10 minutes

We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family.
Geanina is an amazing host who responds promptly to requests and is really helpful in making your stay perfect.
There is a good supermarket (Intermarche) within 10 mins drive and also an amazing patisserie and boulangerie (Aux Co'Pains Gourmands).
