Typical mediterranean villa (80m2 on 200m2 garden) with many outdoor spaces each having its own particularity, sunny patio for breakfast near the bougainvillea, barbecue area under the mulberry tree, outdoor shower, garden to rest or to sunbathe under palm and pine with exceptional see view facing the gulf of St Tropez and Ste Maxime
The inerior is also pleasant with a large veranda which opens onto the garden and has a reading corner (books available)

The upstairs bedrooms are spacious with a beautiful see view for the master bedroom

You can swim in the sea 5 minutes walk from the villa in pretty coves of fine sand at the edge of La Corniche d'Or.

You can make beautifull walks or mountain bike on the Coast or in the Esterel Massif that you can also reach on foot from the Villa.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet (alles wie beschrieben) und besitzt einen unglaublich eindrucksvollen Blick auf das Meer. Strände sind bereits fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen!
