About this house rental
The cottage les Lavandes can accommodate 5 people, Located in a small typical Périgord hamlet, 8kms from Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Périgord Noir, ideally located in the center of the largest tourist sites of DORDOGNE and LOT, you can discover the countless castles, Rocamadour, the caves of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers where you can practice canoeing, without forgetting its gastronomy.
On the first floor of this charming house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (traditional ovens and microwave, 4 gas burners, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, ....), a dining room and a living room with fireplace and television.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm x 190 cm) served by a landing with extra bed 90, a bathroom (shower and sink) and separate toilet.
You can of course enjoy the garden with its private swimming pool, a gas barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation.
In low season, oil heating is offered at an additional cost.

We had a lovely week here and really wished we could stay longer. The gite is very comfortable and spacious in beautiful surroundings. Really safe for little ones with gates outside etc.
the pool was a real highlight and kept my 5 year old fully entertained for a week.
Lots of activities to do nearby, a really family friendly are.
