About this house rental
We are renting out our beautiful beachfront villa in Ars-en-Ré.
The house is located 150 meters from the restaurant “Les Frères de la Côte” and the beach.
Our home is designed like a hacienda: the two villas that make up the property are arranged around an inner courtyard featuring a pool, a covered patio for summer dining, and a flower-filled garden at the back that overlooks the ocean.
The 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and 3 separate restrooms), the large living room with its fireplace, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the terrace and its summer dining area, the secure pool, the large garden with its unique cocktail corner, and finally, the gate leading to the ocean… : the secret to a wonderful stay.
-The house is equipped with a new electric heating system and a fireplace, ensuring cozy moments in every season!
-Sleeps 9: 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 1 small bedroom with pull-out beds, ideal for children.
-We do not allow pets.
-The pool is heated from June through September.
-The shops in downtown Ars are very close by and accessible by bike or on foot.
We ask our guests to leave a security deposit check in the amount of 1,500 euros at the entrance to the property upon arrival.
This check will be returned within 14 days after checkout.

Très bonne expérience lors de ma réservation pour abritel , tour c’est bien passer durant mon séjour. La maison était très belle bien équipé et les propriétaires étaient très chaleureux. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je compte y revenir certainement
