Terrace with South orientation and amazing sea view: table, chairs and lounge area
Guest Access:
For the check-in, we will meet the guest in front of the residence.

You are on La Croisette! You are just one step away from the beaches... You are close to the restaurants and the shopping streets. You can do everything by foot.
To go to the Old City, you can walk or take the City Palm Bus that comes every 10 to 15 minutes: so very easy.
Getting Around:
You can walk or take the City Pam Bus that goes everywhere in the centre of Cannes.

We ask the guests to take well care of the apartment.

Three nights, great view of harbor and croissette. Nice breeze every day. All appliances, kitchen, etc. worked well. Local guide/map from owner was very helpful. The place was very well cleaned and maintained. Note that the parking space reserved for this unit is small and note easy to access if you have a larger vehicle. We'll be back.

An amazing stay in a beautiful apartment on the stunning Croisette! Location was superb, the view and proximity of the sea was a bonus, and the apartment was just like the pictures on the listing. Well equipped, secure, ideal for three ladies travelling together. The garage made parking easy (just have a small car!) and the terrace was an absolute bonus! Can highly recommend.

Great view, high floor, air conditioned, all amenities workable, well located. Julien was very helpful and almost everything we needed he accomplished. Very responsive. Great to have parking but best to have European parking skills. Overall just completely excellent.
