PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

- The apartment boasts tasteful and cozy decor, making you feel right at home.
- The spacious living area is divided into three sections:
- A very comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV
- A fully equipped open kitchen (including an oven and microwave)
- A dining area for 4 people
- The living area opens onto a small east-facing terrace with garden furniture, offering a lovely side sea view opposite the Martinez Hotel.
- Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160cm) and built-in wardrobes. The larger bedroom also has a flat-screen TV (with TNT channels only).
- A bathroom with a large shower and WC completes the space.

A few steps from your street, Latourg-Maubourg Street, you can:

- Stroll leisurely along the Croisette
- Reach the Palais des Festivals in 10 minutes
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes in 4 minutes
