Copacabana, "tiny house" studio (improved mobile man) has a dedicated landscaped garden terrace, 1 living room with a fitted kitchen and a night area (bed 140x190 hyper comfort mattress), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 dedicated terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in summer. Only 1 parking space.
Although 3 minutes from the airport, there is little noise disturbance because the property is not located on the flight corridors, but you can hear the planes!
The accommodation has quick access to the southern highway loop and it can easily accommodate workers on assignment.
Bus 8 minutes walk, tram 8 minutes by car, Pornic 30 minutes by car.
The basic necessities (dishwashing products, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar), sheets, shower towels, bath mats, dish towels, electricity, wifi and heating (20° in winter) are included as well as a single parking space in the secure property.
The accommodations are located at the start of many trails for beautiful walks from where you will go through equestrian fields and villages to the edge of the lake of Grand Lieu, a nature reserve of France.
Semi-detached cottage with a cottage for 2 people, another cottage for 4 people is located on the property as well as our house.
Guests not allowed out of respect and for the tranquility of the other cottages.
