If I were to return to Nantes, I would stay here again. It is more beautiful than the photos.

The place was modern, well-equipped, and super clean. We had a problem locking the door, and the owner was nice enough to come personally to show us how it worked.

We did not have a car. The taxi from the center was expensive. Iit was a long walk to restaurants. At first we did not know how to get to the center by bus and tram, but once we learned, it was easy.

Very convenient location for us, and comfortable.

The apartment is very comfortable and easy. There is a little terrace, it is quiet, the kitchen is well equipped. Both rooms have their own separate bathrooms.

For buying food, the shops are a little far and limited. The restaurants are not too far, and quite good.

Una casa maravillosa. Es una lujosa casa completa, con muebles nuevos, decorada con muy buen gusto y una terraza muy bonita. Los materiales y el mobiliario son de auténtico lujo y todo es nuevo. Puertas, luces, sillas, sofás, cortinas, todo todo es nuevo y de mucha calidad. Es aún mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. El barrio es tranquilo y además se puede aparcar a muy pocos metros de la puerta, es muy cómodo.

Excelente opción para familias en Nantes

Fabuloso dúplex en barrio residencial tranquilo a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Nantes. Habitaciones espaciosas y muy confortables, dos baños completos y preciosa terraza. Amueblado y decorado con mucho estilo. El anfitrión atiende con rapidez las consultas.

Por decir algo, el hecho de tener que subir y bajar escaleras en un alojamiento no es lo más cómodo. En este caso, la escalera interior es segura y no se hace pesada porque es poco empinada, pero la de acceso desde la calle hasta la puerta de entrada es bastante más incómoda, sobre todo para subir cargado con maletas o bolsas. Por otro lado, creo que es poco acertado indicar en el mismo nombre/título del alojamiento que tiene parking, cuando no es así: hay aparcamiento en la calle (si se encuentra sitio), pero no plaza propia del alojamiento. Recomiendo a la propiedad que cambie la descripción para no dar pie a malentendidos. ¡Gracias!

Jolie maisonnette à Chantenay, pas de parking privé

Jolie maisonnette, très propre, bien décorée, petite terrasse agréable, tout le nécessaire est là (cuisine, lave vaisselle, serviettes,….) Grande réactivité de l’hôte par message booking. Check in/out facile et rapide. Quartier en retrait, résidentiel, à Chantenay, donc très calme. Wifi fonctionne bien Télévisions dans les chambres, pas de télé dans la pièce commune. Transports publics pas très loin de la maison.

Logement loin du centre-ville de Nantes, rien à moins de 15min à pied (resto, boulangerie, supermarché). On peut utiliser les transports publics pour se rendre à Nantes, mais il faut compter 30-40min. Parking dans la rue, public, gratuit, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de places. En rentrant tard le soir nous n’avions plus de place, on l’a mise à 10’ de la maison… pas rassurant car pas éclairé, mais quartier sûr selon l’hôte. Gros bémol pour nous: les lits, très étroits. 2 lits simples de 70cm! Lit conjugal de 140cm… nous sommes grands, les nuit furent compliquées.

Logement très agréable de part sa propreté, la déco, l’équipement. Les lits sont confortables avec un grand choix d’oreillers. Emplacement très calme . Propriétaires vraiment sympathiques .

Parfait

Un séjour en tout point parfait, comme d'habitude ! La maison est des plus agréable, parfaitement et confortablement équipée (avec une literie parfaite - ce qui n'est pas fréquent !). On sent tout le soin porté par Sophie pour que chaque visiteur se sente comme chez lui. À bientôt et encore merci !
