About this house rental
A charming, tastefully decorated vacation home by the sea, located in La Griere, in the town of La Tranche-sur-Mer.
With 140 m² at your disposal, you’ll have well-defined spaces to enjoy your vacation.
The beach is within walking distance (via Avenue de l’Ocean), and shops are right at your doorstep.
We are located 15 minutes from the O Gliss water park, 15 minutes from a tree-top adventure course, about 30 minutes from Les Sables d’Olonne, 1 hour from La Rochelle, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Puy du Fou.
The house has 4 bedrooms and features an enclosed garden with a private terrace and a gated parking area (secure gate) that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), and 1 office/reading area with a sofa bed (140 cm bed).
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (160 cm beds) and another duplex bedroom (children’s bed on the first level and a 160 cm double mattress on the second level of the bedroom).
Also a living room, a sunroom, a balcony terrace, another bathroom, and a toilet.
The cleaning fee is fixed (€100) regardless of the length of stay or number of weeks.
A security deposit of 1,000 € is required to rent our house.
The bedding is new (purchased in 2021).
Washing machine on site.
Outdoor grill and shower on site.
Bed linens and towels included.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area was perfect for gathering and having a small bbq. The only downside to the sand covered outside is that sand was regularly tracked into the house by the children, but when you're by the beach, c'est la vie. The proximity to the beach was perfect, also being able to walk to the boulangerie, poissonerie, bars and restaurants in a matter of a couple of minutes was phenomenal. We would definitely return again. Thank you!

Sehr schönes Haus, etwas älter aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und dementsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es liegt abseits der Straße, der Garten ist uneinsehbar Für eine Familie bietet es sehr viel Platz auf drei Etagen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut u.a. mit großer Küche incl. vielen Kochuntensilien, Waschmaschine, Tiefkühlschrank, zwei Fernsehern, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Weber-Grill... Einzig der W-LAN-Empfang lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Das Haus liegt nicht direkt in La Tranche, sondern im Ortsteil La Griere Plage, der ein eigenes kleines Zentrum hat. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in einer Minute fußläufig zu erreichen. Neben einem kleinen Supermarkt gibt es Bäcker, Metzger, Fischgeschäfte, Weinhandlungen, Gemüsehändler und verschiedene Lokale, darunter ein Sternerestaurant, in dem man ein Menü ab 35 Euro bekommt. Der Strand ist ca. 700 Meter entfernt und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
