Contemporary villa ideal for meeting with family or friends by the sea. 400m from the sea and the beach, close to the city center of la tranche sur mer, the pier, the swimming pool, the skate park, the boules pitch, and all the amenities (bakery, supermarket), you will be ideally placed for make all your trips on foot or by bike.
Located on fully enclosed grounds in Clémenceau Park, the villa has parking with an electric gate for parking up to 3 vehicles in front of the house and a south-facing garden out of sight.
The villa is organized on 2 levels with a ground floor with 3 bedrooms - bathroom + WC - hall + lounge, upstairs, living room, American kitchen open onto a large covered terrace on the ground floor, WC, bathroom , bedroom. The orientation on the garden side is due south.
Most of the house is the large covered terrace to protect you from the summer sun and the ocean breeze for evenings and breakfasts.
The Villa has all modern facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, TV, and is air conditioned.

Lovely house and we had a wonderful experience overall. Well-maintained and has a spacious terrace and the beds are comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect,
We did encounter one issue during our stay with one of the blinders, but it was resolved immediately. There were a few spiders in the house, a natural occurrence, however, it made us a bit uncomfortable.
We had a great time and appreciated the hospitality provided by Gaetan. We would consider staying here again and recommend it to others who are looking for a charming and comfortable getaway.

Très beau logement idéalement placé : plage, courses, marché, promenade front de mer, tout accessible à pied même avec des jeunes marcheurs. Nous n’avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant les 4 jours.
Location très bien équipée. Terrasse couverte très agréable!
Communication avec l’hôte très agréable. Nous recommandons !

belle maison très fonctionnelle avec sa grande véranda-salle à manger et son jardin fermé ,idéal pour les petits enfants, et proche de la plage à pieds ou en vélo
