About this apartment rental
The calm of the countryside at the gates of Bayonne and close to the beaches.
Pleasant organic T5 on the first floor, rated 4 stars AFNOR, ideal holidays, family reunions, seminars, telecommuting... on the first floor including a large living room, bordered by a large south terrace, overlooking a small meadow to sunbathe with your nose in the trees, relax (deckchairs, table tennis, 6-seater SPA in season) and take meals while admiring the deer with a little luck and discretion.
A place of conviviality like the central bodega, the terrace, partially covered and not overlooked for naturists, is directly accessible from each room (armored bay windows). For safety reasons, like a swimming pool, children must not stay unsupervised in the SPA and its isothermal lid is equipped with a padlock to prevent them from slipping in without your knowledge.
In each room: Reinforced Wi-Fi, desk, wardrobe, electric shutter and barred window with mosquito net.
Due to its design and organic materials, the house would not have required air conditioning and has excellent thermal/sound insulation.
Full store: Italian showers and integrated bay window sills.
Weight bench, massage table, electric piano, pole dance, outdoor Bluetooth speaker.
Possibility of renting only 3 or even 2 rooms (- 50 € per room deducted).

Closed parking lot for 3 cars (motorhome and electric car charging impossible)
+ 1 outdoor motorhome parking space.
Books, board games, will be at your disposal as well as a trolley and 2 well-made city bikes with basket/panniers for your shopping at the nearby shopping center.
You can bring your bed linen (3 in 160 and 1 in 140) but we provide some free of charge (washed according to the COVID protocol with Sanytol).
We can rent you towels and beach towels (3€ each). We will not have to rent bikes, surfboards or bodyboards because we will gladly lend you ours as well as tent and beach toys.
We keep an up-to-date tourist sign (map, brochures, "good local deals", ...).
