In the heart of a traditional neighborhood in the Landes region and just 2.5 km from the ocean, the family villa Les Hauts Pins welcomes you for a stay surrounded by pine trees and cork oaks, the region’s iconic trees.
Ideal for 6 adults and 4 children
The 117-square-meter villa features a superb living area with 5-meter-high ceilings and exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and a large kitchen that opens onto the living room and the terrace.
Ground Floor:
2 double bedrooms, 1 children’s bedroom + 1 bathroom and separate toilet + 1 large walk-in closet.
1 large 25m² mezzanine with a double bed and a sleeper sofa + bathroom and toilet.
A covered outdoor area with a counter and a plancha grill is available, as well as a large 35 m² terrace opening onto a 1,000 m² garden filled with century-old trees.
At the far end of the garden, a large treehouse awaits adventurers of all ages.
Secure storage areas adjacent to the house are available for guests to store bicycles, surfboards, etc.
A ping-pong table is available for the more competitive among you :).
A superb shared swimming pool is available upon request (€150 deposit required), featuring a children’s pool and a large 25-meter pool for adults.
Two tennis courts are available upon request (€150 deposit required for the access key).

Please note that a railroad track runs near the garden...
The house must be left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. Otherwise, €150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
