The Villa: labeled and classified 5 stars , built in 2021 in the town of Sainte-Marine at the edge of the ocean, near Bénodet, Villa Océan Zen is a modern architect house that welcomes up to 6 travelers for rent. A villa of 200 m² fully privatized and organized on the ground floor to guarantee access PMR.
Three master suites (modular: single beds, double bed) integrating dressings of individual bathrooms. A spa with a 37° Jacuzzi, an indoor pool heated to 29° (a hammam session 1heure , a sauna session 45min access tokens included 1/day rental). A landscaped garden of 300 m² enclosed and its terrace for your summer evenings. A double private garage . A fully secured site, equipped with a camera for the surveillance of vehicles overlooking the outdoor parking with motion detection Please read our rental agreement, available before your payment by CB step 2/3 of your booking

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is stunning—spacious, stylish, and spotless. The private spa was such a treat and made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we loved strolling down to the charming nearby port—so picturesque! Best of all, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special.

Beautiful home, owners required to meet upon check in which we were not told in advance. No thermostat in the home and my family froze the first night because the owners didn’t respond until the following day. Photos in the listing are accurate, but you do not have access to the entire home such as the spa room etc. We were visiting family in the area for the very first time and wanted to have the family over to enjoy the pool and spa, when my cousin was asked he informed me he had reached out to the owner trying to surprise us with dinner there the day of arrival and the owners told him if they found out we had guest they would ask everyone to leave including us. I asked for check out instructions at the check in and were told there were none, just gather our belongings and they would come in to clean. Upon their arrival I received a nasty message about a light being left on, a bag of trash in the kitchen can and a piece of fruit left on the counter. I would not stay here again and would look for something else.

This is unquestionably a magnificent property hosted by very lovely owners. It boasts modern features and every facility imaginable. Impeccably clean with tasteful decor, it is impossible to fault its presentation. We have stayed at very many properties over the years, but none that surpass this home, nestled in a secure neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants, walks and the port precinct. Every traveller's wish is catered for, from state-of-the-art appliances to comfortable beds and plenty of space, both inside and out. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs while providing us with privacy. This is truly a destination which will satisfy even the most demanding guest, we cannot rate it highly enough. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

La villa est parfaite pour une famille jusqu'à 6 personnes. Cette maison est très moderne avec tout le confort dernier cri. L'espace détente est remarquable avec notamment la piscine chauffée (30°!) et le SPA utilisables à tout moment. Endroit parfait pour quelques jours de repos en Bretagne. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires.
