The elegant Villa Odet is located in the Hauts de Keranguyon, a residential neighborhood of Bénodet, on a lot of over 2,000 m².

This recently built (2014) 265 m² home, featuring a contemporary design, has preserved the region’s charm with its traditional slate roof and dry-stone facade, which give it a very special character.

The villa is built on three levels: a basement, a first floor featuring the common living area (as well as a bedroom with easy access for people with limited mobility), and an upper floor housing the sleeping quarters with 3 bedrooms and 1 suite.

Certified as a BBC (Low-Energy Building), a mark of its environmental friendliness, the residence features special insulation that ensures a pleasant level of coolness in summer and consistent warmth in winter (thanks to a heat pump and underfloor heating on the first floor and radiators upstairs).

Access to the villa is secured by an automatic sliding gate (operated by a digital code or button), a lockable side gate, and an intercom. The house is equipped with a “Verisure” home security system featuring an alarm and motion detectors.
Two parking spaces are available under the carport. The open parking area can easily accommodate up to four additional vehicles.
