Two separate bedrooms provide space for privacy and quiet time. One features an en suite bathroom, while the second has a desk or home office area and direct access to the terrace. The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and makes cooking together a particularly enjoyable experience.

Underfloor heating, an elevator, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a washing machine in the basement provide additional comfort. A parking space with an electric charging station is available right next to the house.
