A dream in stone ...

A small holiday house very big ... with a small pool, and space to relax.

The completely restored stone house was completed in 2017 and transformed into an approximately 50 sqm wellness oasis with enough space for 4 people.

The house has a small garden with a large, inviting terrace with south-east orientation. From your own garden you can see vines and undeveloped hills. If you have exceeded the door threshold, you will discover the open-plan living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, stove, oven, coffee machine and kettle). A modern shower / toilet with barrier-free shower is available. In addition, the house is equipped with satellite TV with over 2000 international TV and radio programs and has air conditioning, a tiled stove and password-protected WiFi. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with two large beds (150x200) and a spare bed (90x190). There is a grill on the terrace. Dogs are very welcome with us. Parking is also available directly behind your house.

In our small village there are several pebble beaches. Here you can relax and unwind away from the crowded tourist areas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Daniel. Propreté, confort, emplacement et calme. La maison est pour 4 pers, il manquait peut -être un micro-ondes et qq ustensiles (mais pas le choix la cuisine est un peu petite) mais on s' en passe très bien et un lave linge mais il y a une laverie à Šibenik à 15 mn ça dépanne , nous étions 2 tout était parfait. La petite piscine suffit bien à nous rafraîchir. Très bon contact sur WhatsApp avec le propriétaire Daniel qui est très sympathique et arrangeant et réactif. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir . Si vous aimez être au calme, vous serez servi! encore MERCI à Daniel qui nous a fait profiter de belles vacances! +++

Ein Urlaub der uns noch sehr lange, sehr positiv in Erinnerung bleiben wird!! :-) Zuerst einmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter Daniel, den super netten Kontakt über FeWo, Whatsapp und für die Telefonate mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen etc. sowie an Maria (Hausdame)!! Durch das ganze Chaos, das Covid-19 mit sich brachte waren wir erst gezwungen die Reise zu stornieren. Als die Grenzen dann wieder öffneten beschlossen wir die Reise doch anzutreten und konnten dank Daniel zu den ursprünglichen Konditionen erneut buchen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, abseits vom ganzen Touritrubel. Wir haben die Ruhe wirklich sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß um sich darin zu erfrischen und unser kleiner Sohn (1) war total begeistert von der Gartendusche. 1x die Woche gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Maria kam zwischendurch vorbei um nach dem rechten zu sehen und die Blumen zu gießen etc. mehr Service als im Hotel und sehr Familiär alles. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten mit Hund und 2 Kindern genug Platz. Fußläufig (ca. 25 min) gibt es eine Konoba mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Wasser. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Altstadt von Šibenik. Wir durften die Kajaks nutzen um die kleine Bucht auf und ab zu paddeln und hatten immer das Gefühl herzlich Willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Danke :-)

Der Ort Bilice liegt genau zwischen Sibenik und dem Nationalpark KRKA.. nicht weit entfernt vom See, welcher den Nationalpark mit dem offenen Meer verbindet. Hier kann man günstig Botte mieten aber auch anlegen - Wassertiefe bis zu 6 Meter. Das Haus selbst befindet sich noch circa 4 Kilometer von Bilice entfernt auf einer asphaltierten Straße. Es gibt ein Parkplatz, welcher aber für größer Fahrzeuge sehr schmal wirkt. Gastgeber Daniel und die Akteure vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Empfehlen können wir auch den Bootsverleih von Vedran vor Ort. Fair und Freundlich. Hier kann man auch den internationalen Bootsführerschein erlernen bzw. erwerben.
