Beautiful cottage overlooking the sea and the surrounding countryside.
Enjoy a fantastic view of the town of Skradin in this quietly located house. The accommodation consists of two living units. One area on two floors connected by an interior staircase and off a cottage as a studio apartment.
The property is fenced on all sides, enjoy refreshments in the heated pool. On the property there are steep stairs, as the building is located on a small hill overlooking the city.
The access road is also steep, the last 50 meters to the property is gravel.
A short walk will take you to the beach.

oh my god it was amazing, the owners are wonderful, the house looks better than in the pictures! everything was amazing. I recommend it with all my heart!we had problems and our car broke down, the owner arranged a mechanic for us without a problem, he was worried about our condition and was very helpful the whole way.I recommend it to everyone! we will definitely go back there!

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is built to a very high spec, every detail is perfect, the location is ideal, although the drive away up the hill is slightly hair-raising, but fun. The pool is incredibly well maintained, the perfect temperature and has a great view. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, putting some well needed gifts in the fridge for our arrival and walking us though all of the functions, despite our very late arrival. Skraddin is a gorgeous little town, there is a fantastic bakery at the foot of the hill and some very good, yet inexpensive restaurants within easy walking distance. We hired bikes and rode to the waterfalls, which was a great thing to do, if you go after 3pm, it saves you a lot on the entry tickets and it is the ideal time to visit. Highlights of the house were the pool, the excellent coffee machine, the ice maker and the much needed Air Con! You will not regret booking this villa, it ticked every box for us and we had a fantastic week. There are so many things to do and places to see, all within a 20-25 minute car ride through stunning scenery.
