Thanks to the high-quality, modern furnishings and amenities, you’ll feel right at home here from the very first second, no matter the season. You’ll also enjoy spending time in your private garden area with its 40 m² southwestern-facing wooden deck.

Location
The vacation rental is located in the tranquil Haffkrug district of the town of Scharbeutz. The Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade—with shopping, a bakery, cafés, restaurants, and an ice cream shop—are about 650 meters away. For those who prefer to cook for themselves, it’s only about 300 meters to the large Rewe supermarket (also open on Sundays from March through October). The beautifully designed promenade along the Baltic Sea coast is perfect for a leisurely stroll or athletic activities such as biking, inline skating, jogging, and Nordic walking.
Accommodation
This three-room maisonette apartment (1st floor & attic) is located in a semi-detached house built in 2000. Here, we offer 85 m² of space for up to four adults (an additional baby bed can be booked through Baltic Apartments). A floor-to-ceiling window with a French balcony in the living room ensures a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long. The spacious corner couch invites you to socialize or relax comfortably. A 65-inch smart TV is located here. The comfortable and stylish dining area offers plenty of space for up to six people. The large dining table is a great place to gather at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also built into the kitchen. One of the two bedrooms is located on the first floor, featuring a comfortable double bed (1.60 meters wide) and a 43-inch smart TV. In the converted attic, which you reach via a wooden staircase, the bright loft area features a large closet and a small workspace. Behind it is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide) and a 43-inch smart TV. The modern bathroom, featuring large tiles in earth tones, has a spacious, walk-in shower at floor level. The large, southwestern-facing wooden deck—which is not visible from the outside—is a special highlight and is accessible via the carport. On your terrace, furnished with a seating area and garden loungers, you’ll find a spot that’s sheltered from the wind, sunny, or shaded—whatever you prefer.

Wir durften diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Haffkrug als erste Gäste einweihen.
Dieses Feriendomizil ist wie aus einem Guss gestaltet, alle Räume sind stilsicher und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer, Schlafräume, Bad, Küche und die ganze Technik sind hochwertig und auf dem allerneuesten Stand.
Vom Wohnzimmer sieht man auf viel Grün und die großzügige Sonnenterrasse. Hier haben wir auf den Liegen gleich kurz probegelegen, dann aber doch lieber das schöne Frühlingswetter aktiv genutzt. Mit unseren Rädern waren wir in 4 Minuten an der Strandpromenade, die auch als Fahrradwanderweg ausgebaut ist.
Der eigene Parkplatz sowie schnelles WLAN sind ja bei hochwertigen Ferienwohnungen bereits Standard. Fans von E-Mobility werden sich darüber hinaus sicher freuen, dass sie hier ihr E-Auto direkt im Carport laden und ihre E-Bikes im Fahrradschuppen aufladen können. Wir selbst waren in diesem Urlaub allerdings noch mit Muskelkraft unterwegs.
Von dem riesigen Esstisch mit der gemütlichen Sitzbank wollten wir eigentlich gar nicht mehr aufstehen. Für den gemeinsamen Ausklang des Tages war die lässige Sofalandschaft ganz nach unserem Geschmack.
Glücklicherweise garantierten uns die Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und hochwertigen Matratzen den erholsamen Schlaf, den wir dann nach langen Urlaubstagen mit viel frischer Seeluft dringend brauchten.
Vielen Dank für die perfekte Auszeit, wir kommen wieder!
