Ein Raum ,Maisonette, der obere Teil hat mit Dachschräge. Höhe ca 1.40 an höchster Stelle. Sauber, angenehm, neue Dusche mit Waschbecken und WC seperat. Zu wenig Ablagen und Hacken. Küche gut, noch nicht recht alt. Der Balkon hat eine schöne Grösse mit guter Sicht. Bei uns war es ruhig im Haus. Pool recht Chlor reich. Klimaanlage im unten Teil Top. Das Dachbett erreicht sie nicht. 200-300 m zum Stand, Top. Strand nicht sehr voll und super. Lage Top. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
