- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom: 2 single beds (2x1 person, 90x190);
- A bathroom with shower, towel rail and WC;
- No wifi access;
- Individual heating;
- The accommodation is equipped with a clothes line, blankets and pillows;
- Free private outdoor parking (residence) with designated space No. 56;
- Outdoor swimming pool in the residence
