Vacation apartments and guesthouse in a historic Baroque half-timbered building in the heart of Schwerin’s Old Town. The building has been completely renovated and features modern amenities. The Mecklenburg State Theater, the castle, and Lake Schwerin are all nearby, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the market square and the cathedral. Almost all rooms offer a beautiful view of the Old Town on the Großes Moor and of the castle.
IMPORTANT for Apartment 02: The sleeping and living areas are separated by a beam that you must step over; therefore, this apartment is not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
We do not offer breakfast. However, you have the option to prepare your own breakfast in your kitchen.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin charges a lodging tax of 7% of the fee charged to the guest for the overnight stay. As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the overnight stay tax.
