Villa, Carib Playa – Beachside bungalow in the beautiful residential area of Carib Playa, on the beachside of Marbella East. This property comprises: entrance hall; living/dining room with a wood fireplace and access to a covered terrace and garden; fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace; master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe; 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom; separate guest toilet. Ample garage with direct access into the house. The property is surrounded by a very sunny and private garden with tiled swimming pool area and plenty of plants and trees. Other features include: ceramic tiling, individual a/c in rooms, fitted wardrobes, blinds, alarm, aut. irrigation, fully enclosed plot with a recently constructed wall and gate. Parking for 2 cars on the plot.
An ideal family home, close to the sea and within 5 minute walk to the picturesque port of Cabopino and a 15-minute drive to Marbella centre.

Pros: The property has a wonderful blooming garden, complete privacy, quiet surroundings. The house is equipped with everything you need for life. The host was very friendly and discreet. Thank you very much.

Pros: The villa had been updated since your website description having a state of the art new kitchen and two updated bathrooms all of which added to the comfort of our stay. The pool was fantastic and loved the changing coloured pool light display. The veranda was a comfortable place to watch the granchildren playing in the pool or to read a book when they went to bed.

Pros: The whole property was ideal for myself and my family. Lots of space inside and everything was of a high quality. Outside was fantastic!! Great terrace with comfy seating and table and chairs. Lovely pool and 8 loungers on a sunny patio. The property is in a residential area so I would advise hiring a car. We did as we had been to the area previously. I would highly recommend this property.
Cons: The Mosquitos are a pain but that’s nothing to do with the property. I would advise bringing Deet products with you and we bought citronella candles.

Pros: Wir waren mit zwei Paaren da und hatten zu bestem Wetter einen traumhaften Urlaub. Ein sehr gepflegter großer Garten, und die Nähe zum Sandstrand (ohne Auto) haben uns besonders gefallen. Auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit mehr als genug Geschirr war prima. Handtücher waren nach Bedarf verfügbar.
Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Durch den eingeschränkten Flugverkehr und einer Flugänderung konnten wir dank Chris schon einen Tag früher anreisen, danke!
Wir kommen sicher wieder!
