The Pulvermaar vacation home is a spacious, luxurious 4-person home with a private garden in the Pulvermaar Vacation Park. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is situated directly on the beautiful Pulvermaar volcanic lake in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. It is 2 kilometers from the center of Gillenfeld and a half-hour drive from Cochem and the Moselle River. Enjoy rolling hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages.
This house was completed in August 2021. The entryway leads to the living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet. Everything in this new house is located on the first floor.
The living room features a seating area with a spacious 2.5-seater sofa, three armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining table for 4 people. To ensure the perfect temperature throughout the house, the entire home is equipped with underfloor heating. The dining area features a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The patio is accessible through the patio doors and features a seating area under the awning. 
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, and a spacious countertop with plenty of workspace. Holidaypark Pulvermaar has created an atmosphere in the homes where guests quickly feel at home.
The bathroom has a toilet, a double sink, and a spacious shower. The bedrooms feature a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe with a mirror. 
The vacation home’s private garden features a spacious patio with a patio table and garden chairs, a lawn, plants, and is enclosed by a beech hedge. You’ll have your own parking space at the vacation home. 



The vacation home is built sustainably using cross-laminated timber and an air-to-water heat pump, set in a beautiful natural environment. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is located directly on the lovely Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. Enjoy the rolling hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages.
The Pulvermaar is Gillenfeld’s main attraction, where visitors can enjoy various water sports such as swimming, boating, and fishing. There is also an outdoor swimming pool at Pulvermaar. Nearby, Daun, Cochem, Koblenz, Bernkastel-Kues, and Trier are interesting towns to visit.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
