The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only approx. 4 km away. All around there are numerous paths for hiking or walking.
The spacious 4-star apartment EifelNatur 8 "Holzmaar" is on the first floor of the house and is new and comfortably furnished in a country house style and is certified with 4 stars. The apartment extends over 2 floors and has 7 beds in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, one with shower / toilet and one with bathtub (with shower function) / toilet, a kitchen and a large living room with dining area and direct access to the Terrace.
Two bedrooms offer a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the town.
The large bedroom is equipped with 3 beds (one double and one single bed), baby bed and changing table and has its own satellite TV.
We obtain the bed linen and hand and bath towels from a laundry service. So we can offer you first-class, hygienically clean quality.
The spacious terrace offers you a charcoal grill and a large table with chairs and invites you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace and the area around our holiday homes there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing and slide, a climbing root and seating in the green. In the recreation room in the neighboring building there is a pool table and a foosball table for free use as well as a sauna.
We also offer a beverage service with beer, cyclists, lemonades, sparkling wine, various wines and various snacks as well as a bread service.
