Gronenberger Mühle—an idyllic spot in the countryside

The house is located in the second row from the lake. Inside, you’ll find a brilliant use of living space, featuring a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, two hot plates, a combination oven with microwave and oven functions, and a dishwasher. The cozy sofa in the living room can be converted into a sleeping area in no time at all. Families with children can request a crib and a high chair upon request. On the terrace, there’s nothing better than settling into the hammock and letting your legs and mind dangle.
Here, you’ll stay in the ambiance of a historic, renovated watermill with a restaurant and wine bar. You can also enjoy the spa area with a hot tub and sauna, or book one of our many spa treatments. If you’d like to go swimming, there are plenty of opportunities in the area—there are several swimming lakes nearby, it’s just 1 km to a public swimming area, and the Baltic Sea is only 2.8 km away. There are several free parking spots available at the beach.

Since 2017, the Gronenberger-Mühle vacation resort has been offering a truly unique vacation experience not far from Scharbeutz Beach.
Look forward to newly built, state-of-the-art vacation homes in a fairytale-like natural idyll—bookable now. At the heart of this wonderfully peaceful grove stands the historic, 17th-century Gronenberger watermill—a listed landmark that has been lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail.

Sheltered by tall trees and blessed with a wildly romantic garden, this nostalgic watermill will be the social hub of your vacation.
Feeling at ease comes naturally here—just as it does in the grove during a leisurely stroll or while gazing at the world through the smooth surface of the idyllic lake. And while you reflect on your experiences on the garden bench in the shade of the stately European beech, the kids may still be out exploring the woods and nature.
