Our five high-quality, lovingly furnished vacation apartments were completed in mid-2020. They were built on a lot in a landscape conservation area, nestled in the heart of a charmingly landscaped new garden and surrounded by mature trees. The Zwischenahner Meer is visible through two rows of trees and is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Kirchweg runs right alongside the property. A biking and hiking trail serves as an ideal starting point for walks to the town center—with its variety of shopping options, restaurants to suit every taste, spa center, and many cultural, sports, and recreational facilities—as well as for beautiful tours around the lake. The names of our vacation apartments are derived from the property located on “Seerosenweg” and the numbers “ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, and FIVE” in Low German. In addition to the vacation apartments, the complex also includes the landlords’ apartment and the “Gesundheitshaus Seerose.” This facility stands for “prevention and root-cause medicine under one roof.” The team of therapists is united by a holistic approach to body, mind, and soul. Guests staying in the vacation apartments can also participate in yoga classes at the Gesundheitshaus upon request. A personal trainer can even be booked if you register in advance. Through the visually separated entryway with a coat closet, you’ll enter the spacious, cozy living-dining room. This light-filled, inviting living area—bathed in sunlight from two sun-facing sides and featuring an open kitchen—invites you to relax in every season. From your first morning coffee to a three-course meal, you can prepare everything beautifully in the fully equipped kitchen. And when the weather permits, you can also enjoy all this on your south-facing rooftop terrace, with a view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and adjacent garden. On the leather récamière, you can comfortably read, listen to music, watch TV on the 55-inch screen, or simply daydream. The bathroom, with its harmoniously colored tiles, is—like the entire vacation apartment—equipped with underfloor heating. You’ll especially feel the soothing warmth of this heating system in the walk-in shower. In the quiet bedroom, you can then recharge your batteries after an eventful day with the blackout pleated blinds drawn. This room features a small desk area with electrical and USB outlets for charging cell phones, tablets, and other devices. And if you’d like to explore the child-friendly Ammerland with your little ones, the TWEE is an especially good choice, with plenty of space for (your) travel crib and a play area. A high chair and a fold-out bed are provided. You can also store strollers or bike trailers in the hallway.
