About this apartment rental
The Landcafe Neumann is located in Bad Zwischenahn in the beautiful Ammerland. We spoil you in a cozy atmosphere with home-baked cake, which we also sell out of the house.
Enjoy the summery temperatures of our beautiful café garden overlooking the nearby Zwischenahner sea. There is always something new to discover in our peasant garden and on the adjoining pasture with farm animals. On cool days, we recommend a warm spot at our open log fire. For our younger guests, the playground in the garden invites you to play.
Our apartments and the double room are comfortably furnished, and although they are holiday apartments, you can expect the service that a hotel would offer:
It is always a local contact during the day, you can have breakfast with us, take small meals, enjoy coffee, tea from the warmer and cake.
Homely places invite you to linger, also in the evening hours. Or you spend your time on your own balcony or terrace.

Es ist alles insgesamt in Ordnung, aber im Detail würde ich mir etwas mehr "Empathie" wünschen:
Was würde in der Unterkunft würde mir einen schönen Urlaub ermöglichen? Ggf. für welche Art von Kunden:
Familie, Allein, Paar, Montage, was bräuchte wer, ohne dass er extra danach fragen müsste?
Jede Ferienwohnung handhabt das ggf. unterschiedlich, aber wir hätten erwartet, ohne extra Nachfragen:
Mehr Handtücher, Duschvorleger, Flitschen/Wischer. Tabs
Anleitungen für einen für einige vielleicht nicht nativ selbsterklärenden Induktionsherd/Backofen.
Ein paar Kaffeefilter und Gewürze im Voraus.
Hinweis, wenn man Toilettenpapier/Müllbeutel oder anderes ausdrücklich nicht im Preis enthalten wissen möchte.
Eine Außenklingel, wenn man nur einen Schlüssel erhält oder auch allgemein für das Pizzataxi/Lieferando.
Vorab Hinweise zu Wlan und Mülltonnen.
Eine Schere? Fön?
Nach Ansprache und insgesamt: Alles gut und nett.
Aber manchen Sachen könnten mit einem Schuss mehr automatisches Entgegenkommen laufen.
Federbetten sehr schwer/warm und halt "Federn"
Sauberkeit: Tatsächlich sauber genug, aber auch durchaus "auf Sicht gewischt", einige SPinnweben und SPinnen. Dafür aber keine Fliegengitter (Mückengefahr im Sommer wahrscheinlich höher).
Wir haben die Zeit genossen, blieben unbehelligt. Im Ganzen war es angenehm.
Das Cafe unten ist nett und gemütlich, die Spielbank um die Ecke, der See und die Seewege fußläufig.
Lage bei geschlossenem Fenster oder in der Nacht ruhig.
