About this apartment rental
On the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle juts picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, with the narrow alleyways and pretty houses of Koroni nestling against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border on either side of the town. To the south-west of the charming town centre, the fine sandy Zaga beach stretches along the coast and is followed by the fine Memi beach.
The Memi View holiday flats are located directly on this sandy beach, with spectacular private access to the beach. The complex consists of 4 slightly offset buildings with one apartment and one studio each on the ground and upper floors. 2 holiday flats and 2 studios are let through us, the remaining flats are let elsewhere. A small vineyard in front of the house and tall shady eucalyptus trees around the house complete the picture of this beautifully situated small complex.
The functionally-built studio Memi View is situated in the middle of a secluded, flat plot of land bordering the fine sandy beach, in a quiet and idyllic rural setting. Rear entrance to the upper floor of the house. The view from the small apartment and the terrace goes to the blue sea, the fine Memi beach to the opposite Mani coast and the Taygetos mountains. Adjacent to the kitchen corner is the open sleeping area with 3 single beds and direct exit to the beautiful terrace with sea view. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. The brightly furnished Memi View studio is ideal for couples with 1 small child.
Only 50m separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach at any time of the day is a private privilege.
If you would like to spend your holiday with friends or in a large family group, then this small Memi View complex with its two flats and two studios is perfect for you. The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni with its lovely harbour, tavernas and cafés offers a nice change from the peaceful surroundings of this holiday home. You don't need to travel long distances to run your daily errands.
Of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni.

Little gem right at the beach. It has everything you need and is clean and well taken care of. Jan was very responsive and Litsa was always there when needed. I can highly recommend this place and would visit again :)

Sehr nette Vermieterin und herzlicher Empfang. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Die Einrichtung bezüglich der Küchengeräte ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand und zwecks Nutzung fraglich. Der Kühlschrank kühlt. Den Herd wollte man nicht ausprobieren. Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr wäre auch optimal. Gereinigt wurde nach einer Woche und frisches Bettzeug aufgezogen. Perfekt. Alle Wohnungen waren besetzt. Daher war es manchmal etwas hellhörig und laut.

Absolut empfehlenswert, Litsa ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Das Apartment sauber und vernünftig bestückt. Eine Einladung zur Wiederholung.
