About this house rental
At the southern Cape of Messenia, a medieval castle picturesquely juts out into the sea like a pointed triangle, nestling in the narrow streets with the pretty houses of Koroni. Southwest of the charming town center, the fine Zaga and Memi sandy beaches stretch along the coast.
In a quiet, idyllic setting near the castle, surrounded by vines and colourful Mediterranean plants, lies the well-kept Takis Bizos estate with a sweeping view of the sea. There are 2 holiday homes in the front row at a distance of approx. 20m from each other on the shared, well-enclosed natural plot, which is safe for children. Each holiday home is visually separated by green hedges and plants. A well-kept, small lawn between the 2 holiday homes and the surrounding vines provide a green environment.
Behind the Takis Bizos 1 holiday home, at a distance of approx. 15 metres, there is a third detached house, which is used by the landlord couple in the summer months.
The well-kept Takis Bizos 1 holiday home is a modern and tastefully furnished studio, ideal for couples with a small child. The open-plan living/sleeping area with kitchenette and bathroom is divided into 2 levels. The small living area with sofa bed for 1 person is 2 steps down from the kitchen area, sleeping area and bathroom and is separated from the sleeping area by an approx. 1 metre high wall. Direct access to the beautiful, covered terrace with marvellous sea views.
The wide, fine Zaga sandy beach after approx. 1km, below the monastery Eleistra and the castle, belongs to the most beautiful beaches of the region and offers the best frame for unforgettable vacation moments.
The picturesque town of Koroni, with its pretty harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the tranquil surroundings of the Takis Bizos estate. The small towns of Finikounda, Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messinia also have a special charm. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoilt, fine sandy beaches.

Das Ferienhaus hat einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Alexandra hat uns mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt - nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus wird zweimal pro Woche gereinigt , inklusive Wäschewechsel. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus, himmlische Ruhe, super schönes Grundstück und ein toller Meerblick, sogar vom Bett aus. Sehr gute Matratze, toll eingerichtet, großes Bad, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir verbrachten 4 schöne Pfingsttage, nach dem 2 Tag hatten wir einen Bettwäsche- Handtuchwechsel gehabt. Wir werden sicher nochmal hier Urlaub machen und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter. Vielen Dank!!!

Schönes modernes Haus mit landesüblicher toller Dachkonstruktion, die man von innen gut bewundern kann, besonders, wenn man zu Entspannung auf dem Rücken liegt. Richtet man sich auf schweift der Blick übers blaue Meer. Beeindruckende Lage, gute Anbindungen. Seht nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter.
