The holiday home ‘Villa Mula 1’ is located in Orosei just a short walk from the beach. The charming apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a fan in every bedroom, Wi-Fi (suitable for home office) and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden and a covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts.
A shared outdoor area with a pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue is also available for your use.
The closest restaurant and bar are approximately 1km away while a further selection of cafes, restaurants and bars are around 3 km away. The nearest supermarket is also 3 km away while the centre of Orosei is 8 km away. Furthermore, the apartment is ideally located close to the beach (Spiaggia di Fuile ‘e Mare) which is a mere 200 m away. Olbia airport can be reached by car in one hour and 7 minutes (79.4 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are not allowed. Step-free interior.

Pros: Villa Mula is set in a beautiful location. The outdoor area and swimming pool is stunning. It’s quiet with plenty of sunbeds for all the family. We all loved swimming in the pool and it is well maintained. We enjoyed sitting and eating in the outdoor area with pool and sea views.
The beach is 150m walk and is truly stunning with white sandy beach and crystal clear sea.
Car is essential. We loved discovering the stunning beaches along the coast line and would highly recommend the boat trip along the Gulf di Orosei to discover the turquoise sea.
Cons: Shopping in the supermarket are so busy so try to avoid busy times! The apartment is basic and could do with a few creature comforts! You will need to buy everything i.e hand soap, dishcloth and even recycling bags. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would have been appreciated and don’t forget to pack the insect repellent!!
