About this house rental
Our cozy vacation home "Änne" for 4 people is a 80-square-meter semi-detached house.
With our additional double room "Jule" (on the upper floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase), it can accommodate up to 6 people.
You enter through the separate entrance with a hallway and guest restroom, into the spacious living-dining area, which features a dining area for up to 6 people and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, oven with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, dish soap, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies.
The adjacent utility room contains a small freezer, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, a mop, and a mop bucket.
The cozy living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a large TV (satellite TV).
A staircase from the living area leads to the upper floor, which features a master bedroom with a box-spring bed (two 0.90 x 2.00 m mattresses) and satellite TV,
a bedroom with two single box-spring beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a shower room (shower 1.40 x 1.00 m) with a hair dryer.
From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace with a seating area, umbrella, and grill, as well as into the garden with a swing, sandbox, slide, ping-pong table, and garden toys.
The garden is available for use by all guests.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
For the 5th and 6th guests, you can book a separate large bedroom.
The third bedroom (30 square meters) is located on the upper floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
It is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 single mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00),
two comfortable armchairs for relaxing, a small dining table, and two chairs.
A Senseo pod coffee maker and a refrigerator are also available. A small selection of dishes and glasses is also provided.
A separate shower room with a hair dryer and soap is adjacent to the large bedroom.
This bedroom can be booked separately. It is not included in the price of the “Änne” vacation home.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Bed linens, towels—initial supply (1 shower towel and 2 hand towels per person), bath mats, and kitchen linens are included in the final cleaning fee.
A washing machine is available for a fee in a separate room.
The parking lot is located directly in front of the house.
For our guests who have difficulty navigating the stairs,
we have created a step-free path.
The garden offers plenty of space for the little ones to play.
All garden tools and toys are available for use at all properties.
A small farm stand in the village is within easy walking distance.
The Baltic Sea spa town of Grömitz, with its beautiful beach and long spa promenade, is approximately 3 km away.
A bike path leads directly from Brenkenhagen to Grömitz.
The nearest gas station and shopping area is about 2.5 km from Grömitz.

Das Haus bietet auf sehr hohem Niveau alles, was ein selbstbestimmter Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Überland-Fahradweg ist toll und die Vermieter sind unkompliziert. Jedem der hinfährt wünschen wir viel Spaß.

Wir haben uns ganz kurzfristig für den Urlaub entschieden und durften schon 2 Tage später anreisen. Es war alles da und noch viel mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
