Comfortable vacation apartment (100 m²) in a fantastic location right on the Altmühl River

The 100 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor is located in a new building right on the Altmühl River. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a corner sofa bed. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other that can be configured as either a double or twin room—as well as a crib available upon request ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washer-dryer. Ground-floor terrace, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, and towels included. Non-smoking apartment. A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Crib available upon request. Other additional costs: Pets allowed by arrangement, additional 10 EUR per pet per night.
