Comfortable, sunny roof-only house for 6 people, idyllically and quietly located by the forest, not only for summer, with a beautiful large garden and wide views. Everything completely new and lovingly renovated in 2014. Free space up to the roof in the open dining / living room. A double room, a room for three people and a single room. Dining / living room with television and satellite reception. Kitchen with dishwasher, hall, completely newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, covered terrace. Own parking space. If necessary, towels and bed linen can be provided. Nearby swimming lake (also suitable for children). Ideal starting point for fishing, cycling, hiking, hang gliding, playing mini golf, climbing (climbing park). Infrastructure: 800 m to the nearest restaurant, playgrounds nearby. Good shopping and a variety of restaurants in Beilngries about 5km away. Numerous excursion destinations (e.g. B. Riedenburg with its own falconry etc ...) The Kratzmühle holiday village is located between Kinding and Beilngries, just a few kilometers from the A9 Nuremberg-Munich motorway.

Das Haus lag erhöht direkt am Wald.
2 Zimmer waren sehr klein und eher für Kinder geeignet. Das obere Schlafzimmer hatte 3 Betten die ausreichend groß waren.
Da wir ein paar sehr heiße Tage hatten, fehlte uns ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse. Unter dem Haus sah es leider sehr unordentlich aus.
Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage. Fußweg zum Haus ca. 150 m bergauf. Kinder können schön im Garten spielen.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus und wären gerne länger geblieben.
Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar...selbst unsere vergessenen Sonnenhüte wurden uns nachgesendet. Vielen Dank dafür :)

Da wir mit einer ganzen Familie anreisten, inkl. 2 kleinen Kindern, musste das reichliche Gepäck vom Parkplatz zunächst mal einen steilen Weg hinauf zum Haus geschleppt werden.
Für ältere Menschen stelle ich mir das äußerst problematisch vor. Das Haus kann auch nicht zum entladen angefahren werden. Das Haus ist äußerst hellhörig. Problematisch, wenn Kleinkinder tagsüber oder Abends früh schlafen müssen oder jemand mal Nachts auf die Toilette gehen muss. . Dann sind weiter Aktivitäten im Haus nicht möglich, bzw. alle Bewohner erst mal wach. Außerdem schlafen wir gerne bei offenen Fenstern. Da sich in Sichtweite auf der anderen Seite des Tales ein Steinbruch befindet, in dem rund um die Uhr gearbeitet wird, ist ein gewisser störender Geräuschpegel ständig vorhanden. Die Beschreibung versprach einen schönen Panoramablick. Davon kann keine Rede sein, alles zugewachsen. Auch im Garten und unter dem Haus (das Haus steht auf Stelzen) könnte mal aufgeräumt werden. Und noch etwas hat uns missfallen, die Kinder waren richtig geschockt. Im Technikraum des Hauses waren mehrere Tierfallen aufgestellt, In einer der Fallen war ein niedlicher kleiner Siebenschläfer zu Tode gekommen. Muss das sein ?
