Very comfortable vacation home with a view of the sea, just 150 meters from the beach

The property is divided into two areas. The front area consists of the driveway and a spacious lawn. Large palm trees, plenty of plants, and flowers create a very pleasant atmosphere and provide ample shade. The rear of the property features a spacious terrace, beautifully furnished with two sets of wooden furniture. Sun loungers are, of course, available. An outdoor staircase leads to the private rooftop terrace with a magnificent ocean view

There is ample parking available on the property.

The front door of the house opens directly into the large living-dining room. It was recently furnished with new and very comfortable furniture. From the living room, you can step almost seamlessly into the sun-drenched sunroom, which offers a very pleasant indoor climate even during the colder months. It also serves as one of the two entrances to the terrace. A hallway leads to the kitchen with a patio door, to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with two single beds pushed together), and to the shower room. Casa Maria Luisa is very warmly and comfortably furnished.

The house is equipped with satellite TV for receiving popular German channels.

Double-glazed windows and the house’s good insulation keep indoor temperatures at a comfortable level in the summer. For heating, there is a portable gas heater and a pellet stove in the living room, as well as electric radiators for the bedrooms and bathroom.

In-house Wi-Fi is available.

The vacation home is located right in the Fuente del Gallo villa community near Conil, just a stone’s throw from the stunning sandy cove of Fuente del Gallo. At low tide, you can walk from there to the long, wide sandy beaches of Conil. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a small supermarket for essentials and an excellent restaurant offering great value for money.

During the winter months from November through March, electricity and heating costs are billed separately.
