About this apartment rental
The holiday home "Antica casa nel Borgo" is located on the road leading from Pietrasanta to Seravezza and more precisely in the small village of Vallecchia.
We are in the heart of Versilia, Tuscany, only 5.9km from the sea and the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and 3km from the centre of Pietrasanta, which offers a multitude of boutiques, shops, restaurants and artists' exhibitions to spend some very pleasant days.
The location of Antica casa nel Borgo also offers the possibility to visit many places of interest in Tuscany as Pisa and Lucca are only 30 minutes away.
Or even Florence in 1 hour and the same goes for the beautiful Cinque Terre in Liguria.
The holiday home is divided into two independent flats, each sleeping 4 people, sharing a 300 sqm garden and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Each apartment has its own outdoor dining area, air conditioning and free WiFi internet connection.
The entire property (dating back to 1800) has just been renovated using local materials and maintaining the spirit of the place with some modern touches for today's life.
It is possible to park in front of the property to load and unload your car and then you will need to park in the car park on the other side of the road.

The Azul holiday flat in Pietrasanta is located on the first floor and is accessed from the front of the house where it also has a private dining area outside.
Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find:

- sofa bed for two persons;
- kitchen area with 4 burner stove, oven, fridge/freezer and espresso machine (powder);
- dining table for 4 persons;
- study corner with desk;
- access to small balcony overlooking the garden;
- TV and air conditioning.
Double bedroom with air conditioning.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
