Ein Traum morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und dabei auf die Ostsee schauen. Die Wohnung liegt einfach perfekt. Der Parkaufzug ist nicht für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet, allerdings ist die Höhe mit 1,5m etwas knapp bemessen.
