Es ist unangenehm, wenn nebenan oder oben drüber Gäste die rauchen anwesend sind. Man kann dann nur eingeschränkt die Fenster öffnen bzw. sich auf dem Balkon aufhalten.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung. Ich war mit meinem Enkel (7 Jahre) dort, für vier Personen wird es recht eng. Macht aber nichts, wenn immer schönes Wetter ist.
